It has been brought to my attention that various aggregation providers have been walking door to door to sign customers for electric and gas utilities. We want to remind the residents of Waynesville that the village council has already approved a utility aggregation company for everyone in the village. The approved plan is an opt-out program for all residents. The electric aggregation company selected by the village is Energy Harbor at a rate of .068 cents per kilowatt. The gas aggregation company is Archer Energy at a rate of .5699 per CcF. We ask that you please check your utility bill to verify your status in the village program and that you are receiving these rates. Please click here for the link for more information. These door-to-door utility providers may be sharing incorrect information in an effort to get you to sign with their company.
