Call the police department at (513) 897-8010 first to make sure the report is ready and available; reports can take 7-10 days before they are available. They cost $4/report and must be paid with cash, check, or money order. Once the report is available and the fee is paid, the clerk can make a copy for you.

You may also obtain a copy of an accident report via the Crash Retrieval website. That site can be accessed by clicking the following link: Crash Retrieval. All accident reports will be on that website once they are available for release.
