The Finance Department is responsible for the administration, direction, and coordination of all financial services of the village and is committed to providing the highest levels of financial services to the public and village departments.

The Village of Waynesville has an income tax of 0.75% and uses R.I.T.A. to collect the tax. You can file online or download forms at ritaohio.com.

Finance Director – Jamie Morley, was hired in March 2016. Ms. Morley graduated from Kenyon College with a B.A. in both History and Anthropology. She currently serves on the Board of the Ohio Municipal Clerks Association representing villages of Ohio. Her family moved to Wayne Township in 2004 where she and her husband raised their two children, both graduates of Wayne Local Schools. She is an avid gardener, stained glass artist, and a National Park fanatic. Her love and appreciation of history make for a perfect fit to help maintain the records of the Village.
