You may notice some changes on your next water bill. Council and the Village Staff have been working hard to implement improvements. We have recently switched over our Utility Billing Software. You will notice a different format on your February water bill. Due to the switch, bills will arrive a little later than normal. Please call the office if you have any questions or concerns. Staff are more than willing to give you your new balance, print a bill off for you, or even email you a copy. Switching our Utility Billing Software is the first step in offering our customers better service. We are excited to see these improvements implemented to better serve our residents and customers.
